Idaho law criminalizes helping pregnant minors cross state lines for abortion

Appeals court allows Idaho to prosecute adults who help minors access legal abortions in other states

9th Circuit ruled December 2, 2024 that Idaho can enforce most of the law during litigation

The law imposes 2-5 year prison sentences for adults who help minors get abortions without parental consent
